While staying at our awesome stay at the Westgate Resort in Park City, we had the treat of eating at one of the best steak houses in the state! The Edge Steak house! An amazing steakhouse with beautiful ascetics and delicious food! It has an amazing assortment of drinks and cuts of meat. Let me tell you! The Edge Steakhouse will have me returning soon!
Boy oh boy was this a treat! We started with Asparagus Pana cotta and some amazing popovers, which was baked with some lavender! (I’ve heard it cures everything as well lolz) The butter they served with it was delightful. Delicious to the taste and very desirable.
Next we got the Silk Road Spiced Shrimp. That my friends was awesome!!! The breading and sauce on that shrimp was on point. It literally just induced a huge amount of moisture and pleasure into your mouth and it was nothing but satisfying!
We then moved on to the Tomato Bisque Soup with Goat Cheese and the Edge Salad. The Bisque was a perfect portion size for what was to come! The Edge Salad’s vinaigrette is easily some of the best I have ever had. The Asparagus combined with that vinaigrette had my taste buds begging for more. But let’s be honest, this meal was just getting started, my friends!
This my amigos is where your meat fantasies come to life! I ordered a 32 oz. Porterhouse Steak cooked medium-rare. (If it’s cooked any other way, I would have to ask you to leave.) This bad boy came out and I literally tipped over in my chair. My wife got the 7 oz. filet mignon and that was an amazing treat for her considering she doesn’t eat beef that often. She only eats it when it’s top quality lolz.🤣 We accompanied the meats with some Asparagus covered in red pesto and poached eggs. We also got some amazing garlic mashed potatoes. Just when you thought we had enough food, we didn’t even think to stop there!
Dessert came in hot with some amazing crème brûlée and brownie bites. I can easily say we finished the crème brûlée with ease but tapped out before we could eat all of the brownie bites. This was a meal fit for royalty!
