Who is ready for some Fiesta Party Dip? Nothing warms my soul like a fiesta in October and a fiesta in my mouth. This is a super easy recipe! I got all of the ingredients from Lee’s Marketplace!
All you need to do is combine all of the ingredients together. If you really want a little smoke flavor, I put my dip in the Traeger at 165 degrees and smoke it for 15 minutes. Then let the dip chill in the fridge for 2 hours! BOOM!!!
– 15 ounces oz sweet white corn
– 10 oz can Rotel diced green chilies and tomatoes
– 1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning packet.
– 16 oz of sour cream
– One cup of finely shredded cheese
