The Best Prime Rib Recipe
Equipment
- Smoker
Ingredients
- 1 Standing Rib Roast
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- 2 Sprigs Rosemary
- 2 Spring Thyme
- 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1.5 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Beef Broth
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Apple Wood
Instructions
- Season the Prime Rib Roast with the Salt and Peper
- Pre-Heater Smoker to 450°
- In a oven tray, pour beef broth and red wine vinegar
- Smother the rib roast in seasonings and herbs and then cover it in olive oil.
- Place Rib Roast in Smoker for 20 minutes at 450°
- After 20 minutes, lower the temperture gauge to 350° and leave it at this temperature until the inside of the meat reach 135°
- Pull out roast, separate ribs from meat and enjoy!
