The Best Smoked Artichoke Recipe
Try out this recipe and let me know what you think! Especially when you love artichokes as I do! One of the best vegetables you can get. What part do you like more? The meat from the leaf or the actual artichoke heart? The smoker really brings in a little more yummy flavor as opposed to the traditional way of boiling. Either way, you’ll still get a nice moist artichoke. But try me, if you want to bring it to the next level, smoke in a smoker. I personally like my Traeger Timberline 1300. It literally brings cooking to a whole other level.
