If you haven’t learned by now, I am definitely a red-meat guy! I love all of the different assortment of cuts! This week I wanted to feature the Ultimate T-Bone Steak Recipe. We give it that extra delicious smokey taste by using our smoker! Of course, we gotta give a shout-out to Lee’s Marketplace who supplied the delicious and quality meat for us to make this post!


The Ultimate T-Bone Steak Recipe
Equipment
- Smoker
Ingredients
- T-Bone Steak
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Traeger Signature Pellet Mix
Instructions
- Turn your smoker onto 165 degrees. Activate Super Smoke mode if that is a feature on your
- While that pre-heats, seasoning the steak on both sides with the salt, pepper, and garlic powder
- Once pre-heated, stick the steaks in for 45 minutes.
- One smoked for that amount of time, pull the steaks out and crank the heat to 500°
- Once the smoker reaches 500°, throw the steaks back on and sear both sides for 3 minutes each.
- Pull those bad boys out and enjoy!

The marble and glaze that it naturally provides is totally top-notch. Honestly, you can’t find better-tasting meat. In reality, I do also love Tri-tip as well.
