Season the Prime Rib Roast with the Salt and Peper
Pre-Heater Smoker to 450°
In a oven tray, pour beef broth and red wine vinegar
Smother the rib roast in seasonings and herbs and then cover it in olive oil.
Place Rib Roast in Smoker for 20 minutes at 450°
After 20 minutes, lower the temperture gauge to 350° and leave it at this temperature until the inside of the meat reach 135°
Pull out roast, separate ribs from meat and enjoy!
