In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients to create your rub. Take that rub and apply it to the steaks.
When ready to smoke/ cook. Make sure smoker/bbq is preheated to 225 degrees. If you have the super smoke feature, turn it on.
Place the steaks on the grate and let them smoke for 45-60 minutes
Once an internal temperature of 120° is reached, pull the steaks out and set them to the side.
Increase the temperature to 450°
Once 450°is reached go ahead and put the steaks back in and sear them on each side for 7 to 10 minutes until the internal temperature of the steaks hits 130°
Remove from the grill and go ahead and enjoy those bad boys!
