Pulled Pork

  • Preheat smoker to 250° (15-20 minutes)
  • Liberally apply rub to Pork
  • Stick pork in smoker and let it smoke until the internal temperature of the pork is 160°
  • Once the pork hits 160°, pull the pork out and wrap it in 4 layers of tin foil and seal the seams of tin best as possible. You will pour 2 cups of apple cider vinegar into this. Once this is done, put the meat back into the smoker.
  • Once the meat reaches 204° internally, pull the meat out with tin foil still on. Wrap it in a towel and put it in a cooler for 1-2 hours⅗.
  • Preheat oven to 425°

Baked Potato

  • While pulled pork cools in cooler, wrap a potato in tin foil and stick it in the oven at 425° for 1-2 hour until the potato is tender.

Last Steps

  • Pour out juices from the tin and unwrap the pork. The meat should be so tender, it should shred with little to no resistence. Rip the pork to small pieces
  • Pull out baked potato, cut a line down the middle, and add your favorite toppings plus the pulled pork and BOOM you got yourself an amazing treat!
