  • 16 oz Boneless Ribeye
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Traeger Signature Pellets


  • Preheat your smoker to 185° and turn it to super smoke mode if you have that feature availabile.
  • Dash salt, pepper, and garlic powder on all side of the ribeyes.
  • Once seasoned put the steaks in the pre-heateded smoker. Smoke for roughly 45 minutes or until the internal temperature of the cuts are 120°
  • Once The temperature is achieved, pull the steaks out and crank the smoker up to 500°. Once it reaches 500° put the steaks back in and sear both sides for 3 minutes to achieve a nice sear and medium rare cook!
  • Pull out and enjoy!
