- 1 lb Pork Tenderloin
- 1 lb Bacon Need 14 strips of bacon
- Lee's Special Seasoning or Traeger's Pork and Poultry Rub
- Traeger Signature Mixed Pellets
Pre-Heat Smoker to 350°
Season the pork tenderloin with either rub you have available to you! If you are in Utah definitely get Lee's special Rub. If not, the Trager Pork and Poultry Rub will work great!
Wrap the 14 pieces of bacon around the pork tenderloin
Once pre-heated, add the meat to the smoker and let it smoke until the meat reaches 145°
Pull that baby out and ENJOY
