Ingredients
  

  • Sausage Buy your own, or I like to get ground pork and mix it with Pork and Poultry Traeger Rub and then put it in Hog casings
  • Mesquite Traeger Pellets

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your Smoker to 225°. If your smoker has a supersmoke feature, turn it on!
  • Put in your sausage and let it smoke until it the sausage reaches 155° internally. This will take about 2 hours.
  • Once the temperature hits, pull those babies out! Slice them up and enjoy!
