Instructions
Preheat smoker to 350°
Slice up chicken breasts into about 1 square inch cubes and thread them through the skewers
Season the chicken on the skewers with a descent amount of seasoning
Once the smoker is preheated, put the skewers on the smoker and let it smoke for about 30 minutes until it hits 165° internally
Take them out and enjoy!
